UET Lahore is famous and one of the pioneer engineering institutes. It has almost more than 20 different departments of engineering. Every year more than 1000 students graduate from UET Lahore. It is located in Lahore city of Pakistan.
Every year, some situations are vacant in UET Lahore and advertised in the newspaper. Similarly in the year 2023, new vacancies were promoted through the newspaper. it is an excellent opportunity for engineers to excel in their careers in the academic field.
Applications are invited for the Main campus in Lahore and its sub-campus located in different cities of Punjab. These sub-campuses are located in Faisalabad, Rachna College of Engineering and Technology, and Norowal campus. The list of vacancies is mentioned below.
1- Professor: It is a Bps-21 scale job. The position is vacant at UET Lahore Main campus. The relevant discipline is Mining Engineering. The number of posts is only 01.
2- Associate Professor: On the Main campus, there is only one vacancy for the Chemical Engineering department with a bps-20 scale. In the Faisalabad campus, There are a total of 2 vacancies for Mechatronics and Control Engineering. One is for chemical engineering.
3- Assistant Professor: In Mian Campus, There are multiple opportunities on the Bps-19 scale. But these are on a contract basis. There is 3 one vacancy for the Business and Management department. One Assistant professor is required for the mechanical engineering department. There is a requirement for an Assistant professor for the Civil Engineering department. There is one vacancy for Architecture and Engineering Design. There is one vacancy for Polymer and Process Engineering.
There are two vacancies in the computer science department. There is one vacancy for the physics department. One Assistant professor is required Electrical and Electronics department. In Faisalabad, there is one vacancy available in the chemical engineering department. There is one vacancy in RCET and 2 vacancies in Narowal Campus in the computer science department.
4- Lecturer: There are some vacant posts of Lecturers in Narowal and RCET and the Faisalabad campus. These vacancies are Mechanical, Computer science and Electrical department.
